What is The Shift?

The Shift is a clinical-strength, non-hormonal herbal protocol formulated to regulate your nervous system. During peri/menopause, rising stress load and declining hormonal buffers push the body into a state of chronic dysregulation, driving mood instability, disrupted sleep, and cognitive fatigue. The Shift works as a neuro-endocrine modulator, using full-spectrum extracts of 10 synergistic herbs to help your system recalibrate its own signals.

How is it different from other supplements?

Most peri/menopause supplements target a single symptom with generic ingredients. The Shift is designed to regulate the whole system and is based on a formula that has been successfully prescribed in Asia for over 600 years. We use full-spectrum granule extracts that are significantly more potent than ground raw herbs, and deliver the therapeutic dosage standard used in clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine practice, now formulated for the Western woman.

Why does it require many capsules to start?

Because potency takes space, and speed matters. The Reset Phase is designed to bring your system to therapeutic levels quickly so you start feeling changes within the first few weeks. We refuse to use chemical isolates to compress the pill count. To deliver a clinical dose of active roots and barks, we need the volume. How does the protocol work?

The Shift follows two phases, Reset and Sustain. During Reset (months one and two), your body needs a higher concentration of botanicals to build baseline support, so your first two shipments each include two bottles. From month three onward, you shift to one bottle per month at the Sustain dose. The price is the same throughout — the extra bottles are our investment in your results, not an added cost to you. Can I take this if I am on HRT?

Yes. The two work well together. HRT addresses hormonal levels directly and often resolves some symptoms such as hot flashes. What it frequently doesn't resolve is irritability, mood instability, and disrupted sleep. These are nervous system symptoms, and that's where The Shift works.
